Well.....it's official....I am testing out the 100 Day Challenge program! I'll be following the program daily and hopefully by my 100th day, I can say I've met my goals! I was approached about a week ago and asked to test out the program. Honestly, I hesitated. Why? Because I never, ever seem to be able to meet goals that I set for myself. That very reason made a lightbulb go off....hello??.....this program sounds like its designed for people with my exact problem!
